Airfield Events
- Springfest was well-managed despite Google Maps misdirection; marshals successfully redirected traffic.
- Noise from a separate MX event in Cothill was disruptive; confirmation being sought that future events will be held elsewhere.

- Joint Local Plan examination
- Local Government Reorganisation
- Climate Action Fund initiatives
- Harsher penalties for environmental offenses (fly-tipping, littering, graffiti)
Clerk’s Report Highlights
- Paint received and repairs to Body Twist completed
- Planning permission granted for the new noticeboard in Shippon
- Bank accounts closed and funds consolidated
Local Matters
- Sandleigh Road Rec Ground: Trees are healthy; first grass cut not yet needed
- Verge Cutting: BGG have been requested to carry out first verge cut
- Speed Monitoring: Two new Speedwatch sites approved and additional volunteers sought
- Road Issues: vehicle activated speed sign maintenance to be flagged with OCC
- Defibrillator: Approved purchase of Zoll AED 3 + cabinet, to be located at the Merry Miller; Council to cover installation
- Dalton Barracks Development:
- Stage 1 consultation complete
- Transport Assessment submitted
- SESRO junction co-ordination with Thames Water underway
