Sheep grazing on the Airfield
Residents are advised that sheep are currently grazing in a penned area on the Airfield. Unfortunately, a dog entered the enclosure on the first night the sheep were there.
Please keep dogs on a lead near the sheep and do not allow them to enter the enclosure or approach, chase or disturb the livestock.
Under legislation introduced in March 2026, livestock worrying—including chasing or disturbing sheep—is a criminal offence and may result in an unlimited fine.
